Franc Blac 

One of the most vitalizing and raw artists to come out of the 317 is a 29 year old college grad named Franc Blac. Born in Jackson, Tennessee, but raised on the west side of Indianapolis, Franc grew up listening to hip-hip from all corners of the nation. From falling in love with New York's boom-bap beginnings to becoming infatuated with LA's laid-back style, Franc Blac tries to cultivate all of Hip-Hop's fundamentals into his own craft. His favorite MC's of all time are Tupac, Nas, Kanye, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and J Cole.
Starting out at 18, Franc released his first mixtape "Shit Happenz" in the Summer of 2011, following up with "For a Reason" in the Fall of 2013 and has released 5 projects since his beginning.
